March 12-15, 2026
Celebrate the Japanese tradition of hanami with four days of springtime festivities surrounded by blooming cherry blossoms. The annual Cherry Blossom Festival at the Japanese Friendship Garden & Museum features cultural performances, special guest acts on March 14 and 15, a lantern wall installation, community art displays, and interactive activities designed for families.
Guests can explore a dedicated children’s area with face painting, temporary tattoos, and a sticker bar in the Upper Garden Gallery (11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. daily).
