What is this event?
Cubebotics Weekends returns with even more hands-on robotics adventures for kids. This interactive program immerses young learners in robotics and technology through guided activities, friendly competition, and creative problem-solving led by expert instructors.

Who is this event good for?

  • Best age range: Ages 6–12.
  • Toddlers: Not recommended; activities are designed for older kids.
  • Tweens: Yes! Especially engaging for kids interested in technology and building.

What can families expect to do?
Kids can rotate through a variety of interactive robotics stations, including:

  • Sphero Mini Golf Course programming challenge
  • Indi Cars obstacle and navigation challenges
  • Dash robots with free-drive tracks
  • Robot Mouse maze and obstacle course
  • Claw machine prize challenge
  • Drone coding, flight practice, and competition course (new)

Activities are subject to change.

How long should families plan to stay?
This is a drop-in experience. Families can explore activities at their own pace throughout the day.

Is there a cost to attend?
Included with General Admission or Membership.

Do you need tickets or registration?
General admission or membership is required. No separate registration needed for Cubebotics Weekends.

Is this indoors or outdoors?
Indoors.

Anything parents should know before going?

  • Activities are designed for independent participation by kids ages 6–12.
  • Some activities involve friendly competition and group play.
  • Programs run continuously during museum hours.
